Flexible Plans to Fit Every Project
Before I quote a price, we’ll have a detailed discussion about your project. I’ll ask many questions about style, length, audience, script, brand, dates, and deadlines to ensure I fully understand your project.
All estimates are valid for 90 days. Basic expenses, (hard drives, stock licenses), will be
billed separately. You’ll always know costs up front, with no hidden fees, and your project
timeline is secured once your project is confirmed.

BY THE HOUR
A direct and simple method for assembly projects or basic edits. I estimate the hours needed for completion, provide you with an hour count, and track time within agreed guidelines. Extra hours are only added with your approval. This flexible option keeps all video editing services clear and manageable.

FLAT OR CONTRACT RATE
For larger projects, corporate projects, and series, (like podcasts and recurring formats like weeklies), I offer a flat rate. I estimate the hours and elements of your project and provide one set price per video. This way, you’ll always know in advance what your podcast editing services or general post production services will cost week to week or month to month.

BY SCRIPT
For documentary editing or short film editing, I budget based on the script. We’ll discuss your project and how much of it you need me to do: off-line, on-line, and the level of finish you want, including music, graphics, CGI, or Foley. We agree on a cost per page, which becomes the estimate, with all services listed in a clear, line-item budget.

Additional costs include basic expenses, such as hard drives, postage, and stock licenses that may be needed, graphic design, Foley, VO recording, and subtitles.
